At Harbins Preparatory School, we provide pre-kindergarten through 5th Grade programs that are challenging, effective and enjoyable. We believe that all children have innate abilities that can be maximized with inspiring teachers and an innovative curriculum.
Our Kindergarten and elementary programs are well-known in the Dacula area for their quality and results. One of the most important things our students learn is how exciting and empowering education can be.
Parents are welcome to tour our campus and meet our teachers. We pride ourselves on our communication with parents and are here to answer any questions you might have.

I am incredibly grateful for the positive experience my children have had at their school, and there are several reasons why I believe it’s the best place for their growth and development. First and foremost, the teachers are truly caring. It's evident in every interaction, whether in the classroom or during school events. The warmth and dedication they show to the students are unmatched, and this creates a nurturing environment where my children feel supported and encouraged to excel. The school's open-door policy is another feature that makes it stand out. It is clear that everyone—from the teachers to the principal—is approachable and truly listens to any concerns. This transparent communication fosters a strong sense of trust and partnership between parents and the school, and I always feel that my voice is heard when it comes to my child's well-being and education. The academic program is both rigorous and rewarding. My children are continuously challenged, which keeps them engaged and excited about learning. It’s refreshing to see them thrive in an environment that constantly pushes them to be their best. Lastly, the leadership at the school is exceptional. Under the leadership of Dr. Keck, the entire school community exudes a sense of warmth and positivity. I always see smiles on the faces of the teachers, which speaks volumes about the school’s culture. Dr. Keck has created an environment where both the staff and students feel valued and supported. She recognizes the strengths of each teacher, encourages them to take on new responsibilities, and gives them the space they need to grow professionally. This fosters an innovative, fun, and educational atmosphere for the students and allows the teachers to continually improve and bring fresh ideas into the classroom. I am proud to have my children attend this school. The caring atmosphere, excellent academic challenges, and inspiring leadership make it a truly special place for both children and their families.

My daughter loves HPS. She has never once complained about her teacher. The teachers receive every child with joy in the morning. I love that my child is in a diverse environment where every child feels loved and safe. It is her second year, and she begged me not to transfer her when I wanted to move her to a Catholic school.

What I appreciate most about our experience in school is the way Pre-K provides opportunities to learn new things every day. I also value the life work assignments given at home, which help reinforce what we cover in class. Additionally, the ClassDojo app has been a fantastic tool for staying connected wih the mentors and receiving updates from them. Thank you again for all your support and dedication.

My son absolutely loves attending Harbins Prep from the teachers and staff to the day to day activities. As a Harbins Prep parent for the last two school years, I am truly grateful for this wonderful school environment. I send my son to school knowing that he’s not only learning but learning with confidence because of his teachers. The community this school has is unlike any other I’ve seen and Ms. Keck plays a big role in that. Parents come together in any situation to do what they can for the kids, staff, and school which truly shows how much of an impact Harbins Prep has. I know the school will continue to grow and achieve many things with the amazing staff and leadership that it has.

The staff is awesome! The school is well organized and they foster a loving/caring environment. Ms. Keck is a great leader and you can tell that the staff loves and respects her. She goes out of her way to make sure that they feel appreciated. My son loves it there!

I love how warm and welcoming everyone is when the students are greeted. They know each and every student by name. They give each student so much love and encouragement to make for a great day!
